Ira Gaines
I'm still working my way through the big stuff. Nagata vs Goto from day three was a lovely surprise.
cb_diamond
This year has been just incredible for in ring action. Best ever perhaps?
cb_diamond
This could be my favourite tower of doom spot ever. https://twitter.com/Jocay19/status/896565156691529731?s=09
Ira Gaines
I love Keith Lee. There's a new generation of big dudes on the indies and it's great to watch.
TheGoon
Ric Flair is apparently in critical condition in hospital. Not looking good for the nature boy.
Guest bernardblack
Ric Flair is apparently in critical condition in hospital. Not looking good for the nature boy. I'm genuinely concerned. Michael Hayes tweeted that he saw him yesterday and that he definitely needs "prayers"
Markka
I've seen a couple of conflicting reports about Flairs condition. 68 is about 88 in wrestler years though so if he recovers it's time to take it easy.
1800Mitch
Hoping he pulls through whatever this is. The wrestling world wouldn't be the same without Ric.
Guest bernardblack
Just read he's been put in an induced coma
DA Baracus
Seemingly that's so they can operate on him. He's not looked well for a while, but then he's a mentalist who pushed it hard for decades. You can imagine the surgeon going to make an incision only to find that Flair has already bladed himself. Also some gold here; https://mobile.twitter.com/search?q=ric+flair&ref_src=twsrc^google|twcamp^serp|twgr^search

djchapsticks
Let's be honest, if he goes, he's had a very decent innings to get to 68 with all the punishment he's inflicted on himself in various forms down the years.
juansebastianvernon
Anyone got tickets for Ring of Honor on Sunday in Edinburgh - £50 a ticket seems a bit steep
Ira Gaines
Think there's the odd cheaper one scattered about.
djchapsticks
Indy Wrestling has completely jumped the shark if those are standard prices for ROH. £50 for a ticket is brutal.
DA Baracus
Why is ROH considered an 'indy' promotion? Not defending the ticket prices mind. That's poor and far too much.
Ira Gaines
I'm not sure about that either. ROH isn't too different from TNA. Their guys can wrestle certain other indies, but get stopped from using others. Very much like TNA/GFW ( dunno if GFW guys can do that anymore ) although I always did call them a glorified indy. EDIT: Worth noting I'm happy to pay the money to see a whole host of guys I haven't seen yet, and I'm particularly excited about seeing LIJ. Seeing Dalton Castle and The Boys defend their six man titles will be awesome too. Especially since it's against Bullet Club. SamuraiJock
Thinking about dropping WWE network for a while after summerslam and giving NJPW a go instead. Worth doing? Never watched much of anything from New Japan so where do I start? G1 climax? Or worth trawling through and cherry picking other stuff?

Christophe
Watch this years G1 to familiarise yourself with the main guys if you have time. If not don't worry and just throw yourself in, next big event is Destruction but there'll be loads of Road to Destruction shows in the build up to get used to the players and feuds etc. -
