Livi La Vida Loca Posted Thursday at 11:53 Share Posted Thursday at 11:53 So while the comments from that article are not good if true, at present they are alleged comments. It's worth a discussion after the outcome of the court case because at present it's a case of he said she said.

It’s made it all the way to trial which is pretty serious, whereas there’s the likes of Hogarth’s case that was dropped before he’d even set foot in court. Where was your “wait for the discussion after the outcome” then?

Where was your “wait for the discussion after the outcome” then? Hogarth's case never made it to a criminal court did it? Commercial court is a far different approach than a criminal approach?

Where was your “wait for the discussion after the outcome” then? You're attacking the wrong person here. Don't think I've ever commented on what you're referring too and if I was to I'd say the same as I have already. I am extremely neutral with all the court cases because I don't know both sides so until there are any judgements my opinion stays neutral.
CharlieWhisky Posted Thursday at 21:36 Share Posted Thursday at 21:36 Interesting that the writer of the article shared above hasn’t mentioned what the relationship is between these people, only sharing part of one side of the story. Ward might not be the nicest person in the world and he’s definitely a smart arse, but I can’t imagine he’s going round threatening random strangers. Sounds like a friends/family squabble that’s got out of hand.

Aye you don’t need to be a genius to work out what has happened here to prompt this initial text to the boyfriend.

Doesn’t look like a he said she said scenario when her husband has heard the comments too. Sounds like the corroboration is there.

Aye it's a report of Duffin's testimony in court, of what she and Ward said, and Barrett backing his partner up, then reporting Ward denying the charges against him. She seems to be a bit of a femme fatale for married men. Why’s John Ward getting all aggro with a partner’s ex’s new partner… it’s fucking weird lol Edited yesterday at 11:21 by Roger the cabin boy

Ward appears to also have threatened the ex husband and his brother so looks to be more than 1 person with a complaint https://www.pressreader.com/uk/daily-record/20240704/282089166974501
