Steve McQueen
At 12:45, unfortunatley no Scottish interest but Newcastle & Middlesborough both progressed. Like the UCL no teams from the same country will playy each other & the group winners cannot play a team they have played already. Games on 16/17 Feb & 24th Feb. Winners & Runners up will play at home in the 2nd leg. Group Winners: Feyenoord Athletic Club Bilbao Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk Newcastle United Middlesbrough AZ Alkmaar VfB Stuttgart LOSC Lille versus Third Place: FC Basel 1893 Parma FK Austria Wien Sporting Clube de Portugal FK Partizan Grazer AK SC Heerenveen TSV Alemannia Aachen & Second Place: Schalke 04 Steaua Bucuresti Real Zaragoza Sochaux-Montbéliard Villarreal AJ Auxerre Benfica Sevilla versus Champions League 3rd Place: Ajax Dynamo Kyiv Shakhtar Donetsk Fenerbahçe Olympiacos Panathinaikos CSKA Moskva Valencia

Steve McQueen
Can see Boro getting past Grazer but a tough on in the last 16 whoever gets through. Newcastle can a decent chance of making the quarters IMO.
The Poker King
Newcastle can a decent chance of making the quarters IMO. Yep, i'd agree with that, Newcastle should fancy their chances of getting through the next two rounds.

Guest MichaelCollins
Hmm, Graz must be fed up with English clubs by now. Liverpool, Rangers, now Middlesbrough. Still, if Boro have there traditional February-March slump, I could see Grazer win here. And Heerenveen-Newcastle lookslike a Newcastle victory. Quarterfinalists (at first look) Feyenoord VfB Stuttgart Dynamo Kyiv AJ Auxerre Olympiacos AZ Alkmaar Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk Real Zaragoza
