k38jfb Posted January 21, 2005 Share Posted January 21, 2005 Is this the original DKU-5 cable or a third party cable? If it's a third party cable, chances are that it might not recognise it. You could try installing the original drivers, by downloading them from the Nokia site. The installation procedure for the DKU-5 cable is in the tutorials section.
