I think it is by the same people who made In Bruges and The Guard, if it even comes close to either of these films it will be brilliant. I saw a trailer recently for a film called Stand Up Guys. Starring De Niro and Christopher Walken. Can't do a link cause I'm on my phone but it looks pretty good. 2 old gangster type guys who are mates, one is getting out of jail and the other is meant to kill him. yoda Posted October 23, 2012 Share Posted October 23, 2012 Silver Linings Playbook looks good. I'm not a particularly big fan of Bradley Cooper or Jennifer Lawrence but they look good in this. The Place Beyond The Pines has also been receiving promising reviews but it looks like we won't see it until late Spring 2013. Again, not a big fan of Ryan Gosling but a number of reviewers are saying he's very good in it.
