No8.
All that reflects though is that European football has become a party to which we, as Scots, are not really invited. There is a reason Scottish clubs are not invited to the party.
AberdeenBud
Where do Lucern feature on the Rosenberg/Falkirk scale? Just want to check if it's okay to congratulate my mate. Cheers.

The DA
There is a reason Scottish clubs are not invited to the party. NoB, there's an undercurrent in your posts hinting that Scottish teams' underperformance in Europe has something to do with your club's financial problems and resulting 'punishment' - karma, if you like. Is this the case?
Monkey Tennis
There is a reason Scottish clubs are not invited to the party. Yes I know. Our small population means we provide only small television audiences.
Taza
Our second best club humped out by a team from Iceland...Booming i tell ye's .... Booming The club that your club replaced, were widely regarded as being one of the top 2 in Scotland. What happened last time they were in Europe? The word Kaunus springs to mind for some reason.

Has our population dropped dramatically since the last time our Champions qualified straight into the Champions League proper? Has it dropped dramatically from the time when even the runners up in our league were entered into the qualifiers for the Champions League?

MikeyWellFan
Despite our embarrassing result last night, Rangers and Celtic have done very poorly on the big European stage in recent times. They are both are potentially as big as Liverpool, Chelsea, Porto who have all won the Champions League fairly recently. I believe the underachievement of the Old Firm is why our coefficient is so bad.

European club football has been carved up to serve the biggest clubs. They now come from the biggest countries due to the finances that their domestic leagues can generate. That's why we're not invited to the party and should not get too hung up on the competitions.

Probably more down to Wunf boasting that last night was a great night for Scottish fitba, last seasons 2nd best team being hammered by a bunch of Iclandic fishermen...
williemillersmoustache
Was it not Malmo? Been that long i cant remember. Who were the last Scottish team to reach a European Final? Interesting you would bring that up. Hmmm now what were they called? Not seen them around for a while. They played anti-football throughout the competition then not only fluffed the final but their animal fans utterly disgraced themselves and by association Scotland by wrecking the city then blaming their disgusting behaviour on the organisers, the police (who they attacked) and on Chelsea fans (who weren't there). Fortunately they're deid now, phew.

It's not whataboutery when rangers being gash and getting hammered in Europe (using your definition of a hammering of course), still counts in Scotland's coefficient.

Oh I forgot, the views of the official UEFA report and the Judge sentencing the animals don't matter because you were there. 2 European finals and both times the fans behaved disgracefully, what a history.
