I love that Slater is an eternal jobber and seems to have a safe spot with that, which is good, because it's more prominent a spot than many get and he gets to show how much character he has. I don't think he's bad i nthe ring, by current standards anyway. He can be game. But the character is annoying to date: whether heel or face.
