Sharp

Breen Benedictus Fisher

Comrie      Edwards

Chalmers  Allan

Tod Wighton McCann

Is how I think we'll play it. Hamilton or Otoo perhaps instead of Allan, or Otoo instead of Breen being our only other options realistically. Hoping O'Halloran is fit enough at least for the bench otherwise we're relying on Sutherland being a difference maker if we need to change things up.

If you’re going to edit to sort McCann and Tod can you do it for Breen and fisher? It’s got me a bit twitchy

If they sort out their leaky defence, they’ll be a threat to anyone in the league this season. Do not underestimate them, although it is hard to give praise to a team filled with utter scum for supporters.

To be fair we don't regularly field our supporters in the first XI.

No Callum Smith or possibly Gabby McGill for them.

True, although in Smith's case the reason he won't be on the pitch tomorrow is because he's a Raith player.

I didn't say I think that's what we should play, but that's how I think we'll line up. McPake seems to prefer Hamilton when we're likely to see less of the ball where he'll be a disruptor. He'll be very important at Tannadice for example. I think when we're at home and expecting to have more possession he likes Allan as - rightly or wrongly - he sees him ad a Chalmers type who can keep the ball moving. I like Hamilton but passing isn't his strongest attribute, is it?

After Dundee Utd Airdrie are probably the team most likely to come to EEP and try and get on the ball. Hamilton definitely needed and will definitely start.

I'm aware of his departure to the wee team. Just making the point that it's not just us who are potentially weaker attacking-wise than we were in February.

You could argue that makes us weaker, unless they’ve brought in a new attacker that will think he’s a goalkeeper and get himself sent off, to spark the comeback?

How the f**k does Otoo play ahead of Hamilton ffs? No happy with that. Play midfielders in midfield.

No O Halloran either. Feels fucking deflating tbh. Anything other than a win and I think a lot of goodwill from last season will already have evaporated.
