I quite enjoyed it and thought JJ Watt came across as a great guy. Hard worker as well. Bill O'Brien impressed me too I thought it was cringeworthy. I watched last year and remember it being about the young Falcon rookies and UDFA that wouldn't make the team. But they gave them airtime. They had Roddie and Matt Ryan and others I can't remember right now, without looking it up. This year was 60% JJ Watt. It was like watching Karate Kid in front of the setting sun.
