You have two Welsh clubs living off of handouts from the EPL & the EFL and the rest of the Welsh clubs are ? well just guff and miles and miles behind our Championship division clubs. So your assumption of Welsh football overall is that because there are two Welsh clubs competing in the THE ENGLISH LEAGUES is that Scottish football is lagging behind. Have you actually thought about what diatribe you keep posting ?, how do you think the REAL Welsh clubs playing in a real Welsh league view Cardiff's & Swansea's bum shafting for English money ? And again two Welsh clubs playing in England does not increase the co-efficient for the Welsh Leagues therefore these twa clubs are actually killing the game in Wales because they have deserted their league in favour of sooking English boaby for extra money so they can be mediocre clubs rather than be giants in their own leagues. Cardiff have been demoted from the EPL and could actually get relegated again this season as well as seeing Swansea drop down into the Championship, watch this space you munter for a huge bump should it happen. Newport are probably as good as Dundee United or whoever is the 3rd best team in Scots land. We also beat Scotland TWICE in the WC qualifiers and have Gareth Bale + Aaron Ramsey..
