It is quite simple really; New Elgin are relegated, along with Cruden Bay, because they have finished in the bottom two of the Superleague. Their places will be taken by Bridge of Don Thistle , (winners of the East Division) and the winners of the West Division (provided their grounds meet the Superleague criteria).
