Banterous
You're being obtuse. By asking for a straight answer. It's getting pretty sinister the way that people who have contrary opinions to the Yes vote are being marginalised and bullied. I'm not talking about this forum either

jock001
It's an orchestrated attempt to undermine reporting which we all know has been as neutral as it could have been. Salmond knows this and that's why these smokescreens keep getting created in the wake of questions like "What if we're not allowed to use the Pound?" "If the BoE control the currency how can you claim independence?". This demo was embarrassing Cambodia uses the US dollar as their default currency. This actually helps the US. Cambodia does all it's trades in dollars so for somebody to buy cambodian goods, they first need to buy dollars. This increased demand means the dollar goes up in value. If an independent Scotland used Sterling, the same would apply. It would make money for the rest of the UK. This means: 1) They couldn't stop us using Sterling, even if they wanted to just like the US couldn't stop Cambodia using dollars. 2) It isn't in their interest to try and stop us using Sterling anyway. It's a monstrously big pile of irrelevant.
