BerwickMad
Development League game tonight. Looking forward to it. Hopefully this hurricane doesn't ruin it. We will be able to see if our foreign legion can handle a cold Tuesday night in the north.
Yellow Feet
Saw whilst creeping on the website that this year season tickets don't cover these games. Has that had any effect on numbers attending?
BerwickMad
Not sure. There was a decent crowd at the Cowden game then next to nobody at Forfar one, but the 6-0 howking off Cowden probably had something to do with it. I've not got a season ticket so just pay the £4. We will be able to see if our foreign legion can handle a cold Tuesday night in the north. Out of interest, can the French lads from Edusport Academy play in SPFL2 as triallists? Or does them having signed preclude that? EDIT (for anyone not following): we've signed 4 players off Edusport Academy, who've campuses in Edinburgh and Lanarkshire, where about 60 young Frenchmen per season come to improve their football and English. Colin Cameron coaches there. They've their own team in SOSL, and send a lot of players to LL's Selkirk, but some join SPFL clubs. They've signed for us as amateurs, but apparently can't sign on terms making them eligible for SPFL2 until January.
parsforlife
Surely the best way to have done this would have been for them to remain edusport players and have them on loan to berwick?

Redcar
Any particularly good/bad performances tonight? Sounds like a decent game.

HibeeJibee
Quite possibly. I saw in yesterday's BBC Sport 'Gossip Column' that they were "challenging" it. Is it the latest equivalent of the 'Hassan Kachloul' situation?
Bairnito
Ta. Don't know. Will be interesting to see what the outcome is.
