Jambo'ness
The 'red lichties' are certainly a step up from Elgin but delighted to get a shot at them. How many Arbroath fans will make the trip? Bound to be more than Elgin's 32.
Lichtie36_0
We should bring more than 32, probably about 36! Looking on coming down on the train for this. What's the best way to get from Linlithgow to Bo'ness?

What's the best way to get from Linlithgow to Bo'ness? bus or taxi but that's probably obvious, connecting to bus transport from Falkirk Grahamstown would also be doable as it's not too far from Falkirk bus station, but probably not so easy via Falkirk High or Larbert

1320Lichtie
We travel well. Looking forward to this different day out, hopefully we get 6 points out of 6 before then so pressure will be off going into it. Confident. If that Elgin team scored 8 goals against you in 2 games I can see us having enough to win this by a few goals. However it's the Cup and anything can happen in the cup... If this Is what our going by, you only scored 1 against their defence while we scored an average of 4.5 so we might have a few goals in us also. Here's for another 5-4 then with the BU coming out on top obviously
Wasps1
My views are Boness can win this one yes Arbroath are a better side than Elgin but on a one off game they will run Arbroath close Great to see Boness getting good crowds . I think clubs like them should get into the spfl membership in the future

Here's for another 5-4 then with the BU coming out on top obviously Trust me I have witnessed both Irvine and Inverurie in recent years, I know this will be tough and is a potential banana skin but if you look back to our match thread v Elgin on here I said at the time they were the worst outfit I had seen at Gayfield for years, it really shouldve been a much bigger win for us. Few familair faces in Peat and Gribben though I noticed.

bogawfull
Arbroath will be a very different animal from Elgin but we have goals in our team as we have proven. elgin had conceded 16 goals in ten league games not the worst by far, we scored 9 in two games. We do however have a problem at the moment keeping them out lol.

bogawfull
I think the problem keeping them out stems from a frequently changing back 4, for a number of reasons. I agree 8 mile but I wasn't going to tell them that lol.
relichtie
Great to see Boness getting good crowds . I think clubs like them should get into the spfl membership in the futureAs far as I'm led to believe clubs in the SPFL are subject to a closer scrutiny of their accounts than those in the junior game. If clubs like Bo'ness and other ambitious clubs are prepared to allow the football authorities to audit their accounts similarly then I'm sure they would be a welcome addition.
