Erm.. Yes. Yes it does matter when the managers decision to play narrow means your full back is doubled up on and that leads to your centre halves being dragged all over the place.

We weren't solid at all against Inverness. Their two goals highlight this. It might have been changed by the manager, but the fact remains conceding two goals like we did cannot ever be labelled as 'solid'.

Also, Dundee subs: Roberts and Harkins off, Tankulic and Wighton on.

The second of which was conceded entirely due to the ghastly formation that had been taken up. The first would have been cleared had it not been for the intervention of a hand.

You're clutching to straws now. The defending for both goals was abhorrent. Even Hartley stated this. The first should have been dealt with better in the first place and it doesn't matter what formation the team is playing, we've played narrow a lot of the time this season and not conceded any goals, no-one was near Ryan Christie as he ran deep into our box.

Most frustrating thing about that game isn't the result, it was Harkins getting sent off after he'd been subbed. Means we'll have another patchwork midfield next week as well. FS.
