Eednud
Joint 47th for me - that'll teach me for putting all my eggs into it being a hard winter. Don't worry, a long hot summer will do for a few. I hope!

Grim O'Grady
Happy to be in the peloton just now but hoping for a bit of a spurt from August onwards, never get winners leading in March, eh? Grimbo (dead pool virgin)

Until he jumped in the dead pool, despite his short-comings I could have got a badge off him had he still been around eh Zen? Grimbo
Hillonearth
Daevid Allen, leader of prog pixies Gong at 77. To quote the Guardian obituary: "His music is like Sun Ra meets Vivian Stanshall meets DIY punk meets a really big fucking bong. Except when it isn’t." cdhafc1874
Mike Porcaro of Toto has died in his sleep from ALS / MND according to reports. If so I've my 2nd hit of the year. No puns from me as Toto are an 80's band I really like. Edit - Confirmed on Classic Rock magazine's UK site http://classicrock.teamrock.com/news/2015-03-15/toto-s-mike-porcaro-dead-at-

cdhafc1874
Was there not a controversial Toto death last year that was refused points? That was Fergie Fredriksen who was very briefly in Toto for 1 tour. Mike Porcaro was a full member for nearly 30 years. No such problem this time as here's a UK newspaper obit - http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-2996181/Toto-bassist-Mike-Porcaro-dies-ALS-aged-59.html Points please. Spain
Starting to get a bit of a points spread now, with numerous people getting more than one hit. I've also for the first time read an article and found myself questioning why they didn't just list his points value in the obit. Oops. Marching in Flipflops
Was there not a controversial Toto death last year that was refused points?I'm sure their drummer died in a bizarre gardening accident a few years back. Hillonearth
I'm sure their drummer died in a bizarre gardening accident a few years back. In a Spinal Tap stylee. Half true - they tried to get it put on his death certificate that he'd poisoned himself spraying insecticide in his garden, rather what actually went on there, i.e. having a heart attack due to the ingestion of heroic amounts of ching. ETA: On the subject of drummers Clive Burr, Iron Maiden's drummer on the first three albums died today - he's been suffering from MS for a long while.
