theref
if tied on points does it go to goal difference?
HibeeJibee
My understanding is that it goes to Goal Difference then to Goals For, then finally (in the exceedingly unlikely event of 2 clubs having identical records) to Head-to-Head i.e. a little mini-table of their mutual results. Then if still tied, a playoff. Peebles look to be easing away in the First Division, but the Premier Division title race and relegation race and First Division promotion race all remain very tight... Of course clubs will be looking to finish 8th instead of 9th, and 3rd instead of 4th, and so on as well just in case any loss of members or re-jigging of division sizes has to occur. BORDERBEAR
Peebles 100% home league record stays intact after today's hard fought 3-2 win v Eyemouth. Rovers still unbeaten in the league and dropped only 6 points in 21 games. A fantastic achievement no matter what you may think of the opposition. Footy fan
Your right jellybelly but you still can't deny the fact to compete week in week out and ovoid defeat is commendable, they have been to the Alec jack cup final and in the semi final of the king cup. Taking Spartans lowlands to extra time beating tynecastle, Lothian, easthouses and Spartans eos. I think that they deserve a lot praise on turning round their club, and wish peebles all the best. lowlandleaguer
Peebles run so far is superb. This would be true in any league. As usual it's easy for some to try to pull it to bits. Well done Peebles
old as fcuk
Standard of both EOS leagues aren't as good anymore but you still have to beat what's in front of you. If they bring some new teams into the leagues it can start rebuilding from there. Both leagues need at leat 10 teams in it.
