We have a budget just like any other club and its a budget that we have had to work hard to get and will continue to get to. Lol. Posted that Gartcairn Army was exactly that in a different forum two months ago. So far he's said they had no manager appointed when they did, they didn't use contracted Newmains players in an unofficial friendly when they did, & then denied & stirred this one up. I cannot disagree with your comment mate. Just think more should be made about the fact Junior football has such a high profile player involved as opposed to how much money he is getting. I'm sure Mr Irvine was involved with Newmains in some way (committee or coach?) last season and must have reason for what he said in his post about the Newmains players and management. He seems the kind of guy who comes on here and gives his honest OPINION be it right or wrong. You yourself have admitted on this thread that you were asked not to say Tam had spoken to your club and admitted you were misleading the forumites. You'd have been better saying nothing at all than making yourself look like another bovril bullshitter especially when you're an official with the club.. I can't see why you're getting so wound up anyway in your own words "if your trusting anyone on pie and Bovril then you have issues" As for the signings Gartcairn have made then good luck to you. You should be out of or better still won the 2nd Div by the end of this season with the players you've got in already. If you've got bucket loads of cash to spend then that's your business but people are going to be curious what players are earning it's just human nature.
