Mr. Brightside
I like that a lot from Vidal, total confidence and showing that to the fans. I still want Wolfsburg to win obviously.

Zen Archer (Raconteur)
Fifth tier FC Noettingen play Bayern Munich in the German cup on BT ESPN at 15:00, get the abacus out.
Stevie Aitken's Love Child
Fifth tier FC Noettingen play Bayern Munich in the German cup on BT ESPN at 15:00, get the abacus out. Was only 3-1 to Bayern in the end. Couple of shocks today, with Bundesliga new boys Ingolstadt losing away to Unterhaching, and the gift that keeps on giving, Hamburg, being beaten at Carl Zeiss Jena. Both of those sides play in the fourth tier.

Mr. Brightside
What happened in the Osnabrück - RBL game?
Kris.
What happened in the Osnabrück - RBL game? Abandoned after someone in the crowd lobbed something at the referee. Watching the St Pauli game from earlier. Already know the score but it's been a decent watch anyway. St Pauli just went one up with a great strike from outside the box. Not too dissimilar to Toure's second tonight for Man City.

German Jag
What happened in the Osnabrück - RBL game? Osnabrück got off to a flyer, scoring after 23 seconds. Rest of the 1st half was pretty heated, lot of niggly fouls and "handbags" on a couple of occasions. In the 70th minute Senke of Leipzig is involved in an attack, which ends up with one of the Osnabrück subs out doing a warm-up, coming onto the pitch and taunting him. (29s in in the video, Senke had been involved in a few incidents in the 1st half). As things were quietening down someone throws a cigarette lighter which hits the ref on the right temple (45s in). Officials & both teams leave the pitch, and the game is declared as abandoned a couple of minutes later.
German Jag
Gladbach's 4-1 victory at St. Pauli, closed off the 1st round of this season's DFB Pokal. Most games went to form, but SV Hamburg, Hoffenheim and newly promoted Ingolstadt were 3 all konocked out. 2nd round (also seeded) gets drawn straight after the Bayern Hamburg game this Friday evening.
