Kris. Posted August 14, 2015 Share Posted August 14, 2015 Paderborn pumped 6-0 at home today by Sandhausen who finished 12th last season. They did have a man sent off...but they were already 4-0 down. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
~~~ Posted August 14, 2015 Share Posted August 14, 2015 Bayern destroying Hamburg so far, 4-0 after 73 minutes, with Douglas Costa having a cracker of a game. Bundesliga has became my favorite league to watch outside of Scotland 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
SweeperDee Posted August 14, 2015 Share Posted August 14, 2015 I'd love a striker as wasteful as him, tbh. Znicz Pruszków 59 (36) Lech Poznań 58 (32) Borussia Dortmund 131 (74) Bayern Munich 32 (18) He has a goal ratio that's better than 1 every 2 games. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Mr. Brightside Posted August 14, 2015 Share Posted August 14, 2015 (edited) I'm not saying he is shite, I'm saying he could be even better. Edited August 14, 2015 by Mr. Brightside 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Christophe Posted August 15, 2015 Share Posted August 15, 2015 (edited) Dortmund giving Borussia MG the run around here...3-0 after half an hour with another wrongly disallowed and one good one-on-one chance passed up. Cricket score on the cards if Monchengladbach don't get their heads sorted. Edited August 15, 2015 by Christophe -1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Mr. Brightside Posted August 15, 2015 Share Posted August 15, 2015 Gladbach are getting fucking ragdolled here. Excellent stuff to see BvB playing like this again. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Christophe Posted August 15, 2015 Share Posted August 15, 2015 Far too easy, two of them queuing up to put that one away. The break hasn't done Gladbach any good 4-0 -1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Mr. Brightside Posted August 16, 2015 Share Posted August 16, 2015 Lucien Favre is still the man! Best coach in Germany in my opinion. Better than Guardiola? 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
German Jag Posted August 16, 2015 Author Share Posted August 16, 2015 Down in Darmstadt yesterday for the game against H96. Was Darmstadt's 1st appearance in the BL1 and the 1st league game between both clubs since 1993. Relatively small (17000) "old-style" stadium, with the one stand (offering cover), with oval shape terracing going round the pitch. (Small section of the away terracing has had seats put in, presumably to comply with DFB/DFL rules on facilities for away fans). Final score was 2-2. exciting enough at times, but that was more due to shite play resulting in loss of possession on numerous occasions. Mevlüt Erdinç, who H96 signed recently from St. Etienne, should get docked a month's wages for the god awful attempt at a penalty on the half hour mark. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Stevie Aitken's Love Child Posted August 16, 2015 Share Posted August 16, 2015 That's Abdul Baba's move to Chelsea confirmed, for a reported fee of £21 million. An astronomical amount of money for a club like Augsburg. Now they need to get a replacement signed, they can't go the entire season playing Markus Feulner there. I can't help but feel that Augsburg have stood still this summer as far as their squad is concerned. I just hope that doesn't come back to haunt them, especially with a Europa League campaign to contend with this season. Marko Marin rumoured to be coming in on loan as part of the Baba deal, that would be a good start. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
David W Posted August 16, 2015 Share Posted August 16, 2015 Two really good games today. Quite impressed with Stuttgart despite their defeat. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
