Another attempted SNP smear

The SNP used oil prices as a central plank for independence for decades so what they predicted is a bit more pertinent than the forecasts of other bodies not using the price as an electoral strategy. As for Alex and the EU ive nae idea about him being cleared of "wrongdoing" but in my humble opinion he was "economical with the truth" through the whole membership farago.Ecks pants were on fire all right.

Eck was cleared of misleading parliament. I'll recommend they invest in a larger crystal ball for oil prices in future. Funnily enough, the oil price is on it's arse and our economy is still roughly level with England.

Nae actual proof these are lies though.

Oh, there's plenty proof if you know what to look for.

The Express must have approached TS - there's no way TS would put out a vague press release saying they're investigating a company unless TS also provided some detail as to the scam involved or specific safety concern, This means that the Express must have a link with the complainant. The fact that the Express contacted TS before CACS notified the complaint to TS proves that the Express knew the complaint was being made before they contacted TS.

As they must have a link with the complainant, why is it unclear what the complaint is about? The only logical conclusion is that they do know what it's about, and it's a minor civil breach. This is proved by the fact that the complaint was sent to TS as a notification rather than as a referral.

Accordingly, the Express are lying through their teeth when they say "Although the the details of the grievance are unknown" They go on to say that "Trading Standards website says it will investigate cases where companies have misled or pressured customers into buying products or services, failed to carry out work properly, or sold unsafe, dangerous, fake or counterfeit items.", but fail to mention the civil advice role.

My guess would be that the bulbs arrived broken, or that a refund is taking longer than the consumer would like. It could even be that there's no breach at all. The Citizens Advice Consumer Service gave the relevant advice then, as usual, passed on the details of EVERY complaint they received that day to Trading Standards, whether the complaint was justified or not.

But that wouldn't really be worthy of a "SNPBaaaaad" smear, would it. Far better to twist the facts beyond any reasonable interpretation and hope that the unthinking Unionists assume there's no smoke without fire.

And if you come back with "Oh, I'm not reading Wings Over Scotland", I'll take that as not only defeat but the usual Britnat pigheadedness in refusing to accept the truth.

All I read was a slightly mad blokes viewpoint and his own spin here and there but pretty well just more speculation.

Stuart Campbell's Wikipedia entry says

"Born in Stirling, he moved to Bath in 1991... He has lived in Somerset ever since...A long term supporter of Scottish independence, Campbell launched a political blog called "Wings Over Scotland"..."

Is that true?

The Herald - http://www.heraldscotland.com/news/13170835._The_bottom_line_is_I_don_t_particularly_care_if_people_don_t_want_to_be_associated_with_us_/

"Campbell is the founder of Wings Over Scotland, a controversial pro-independence site that gets an astonishing 4.5 million page views a month.

Born in Stirling, he moved to Bath in 1991 for a job at a computer magazine and became a notorious reviewer of video games. He has lived in Somerset ever since."

Confirmed on Wings Over Scotland - "http://wingsoverscotland.com/hello-daily-mail-readers/"

Totally bizarre!
