Stopped my 60 ciggies a day habit on October 1st.

Thought i was having a massive heart attack yesterday but was indigestion.

Felt like a couple of cigs since that wee fright.

Thing is, smoking is like going with the biggest whore in Christendom.

She's there at anytime day or night.

A few quid and your right in there.

She brings with her all sorts of possible horrible diseases but she'll listen to any old mince and never say a word back.

She'll love fight you right to the very end, even when your hooked up to that oxygen mask taken your second last breathe.

As for the smoking costing the NHS rubbish, do your own digging. But just in case you didn't know, if you snuff it and smoked you're automatically labelled as being killed by a 'smoking related disease', and the only way they can't push that lie is if your death is in other circumstances such as murder.

The NHS and tax thing is pointless.

Most smokers are on the way out.

The e-ciggies have won it.

Local newsagent is down 50% ciggie sales in three years.

That's some going in a post industrial wasteland forgotten by local and central government.

It's a modern day success story.

60 Mayfair a day at £7.65 a day, that's the cheapest for that brand buying legally in a supermarket.

All night garage in Duntocher charges £9.10 a packet of 19.

Don't ask why it's not 20 in a packet.

So one and a giraffe a week approx.

£7500 a year to choke yourself.

Everyone knows garages are a rip off and as for the 19 in a packet, it's common practice these days, some even sell 18 in a deck as it means they can sell the packet at a cheaper overall price. Not sure what point your trying to make with that.

The Cigarette Smoking Man is almost always seen chain smoking Marlboro Cigarettes, but money is not an issue for a man in my position, for I have unlimited funds.

You certainly come across as a definite X-File.

Only if by a non-smoker.
