**************** ANNOUNCEMENT*****************

The Scottish Junior Football Association and East Region Secretary have been advised of the intention of Crossgates Primrose Junior Football Club to come out of abeyance in order to return to competitive football in the 2016-17 season.

A new committee is in place to take the club forward and a manager will be appointed shortly. Along with our burgeoning youth section, we are delighted to resume an active part not only in the life of the village, but in the Fife football community and the Junior game in Scotland.

As a club with a proud history of bringing through young players, we will continue to seek to develop youngsters with a view to achieving their full potential in the sport.

For further information please contact our Secretary, Kevan McArthur via twitter, Facebook, email (info@crossgatesprimrose.co.uk) or phone/text on 07341 309932

Delighted for Kev and the club. Hope he gets the support he deserves to get the club up and running and get a resilient platform to build their team on.

The club gave my oldest boy his first junior experience when he was 17 and he had a great time at the club when he was there.

Plenty other young boys out there in Fife would benefit from the junior fitba experience that Xgates can provide.

Defo jump into the Humbug some time to catch them next season.

Bestest of luck!!
