Really? Feel free to explain how.

By losing the end of season playoff and dropping to the Highland or Lowland league.

Now to pre-empt you, you're about to go into the nuances of the HL and LL leagues still being senior leagues. I mean it and he also presumably meant it in terms of SPFL and non-league football.

There's no nuance about it. They are senior leagues, as is the level below them in the senior football pyramid.

Non league is still Senior. Junior and amateur are seperate grades.
