The Ilford Drummer
Well anything exciting apart from change to friendlies deadline? any proposals? succession planning?
LongTimeLurker
I know for a fact that a West region club could have secured a friendly against a local senior club that would have brought enough interest in that it could have paid for said junior club's expenses for the coming season... Why not play the friendly and pay the fine, assuming it isn't too drastic?

glensmad
The Scottish Junior Cup 1st round was played on the Glasgow September weekend last season. The teams who were unfortunate to be drawn in round one had to play the games that day. The Central based teams who were fortunate to get a bye were given the day off. I assume it will be the same this year.
Nugent4nil
Quick question.... I was of the understanding that member clubs vetod the idea of playing pre season friendlies earlier at previous meetings, if that is the case how can the west region send out a tweet announcing it's changed a day before the AGM? If that wasn't the case then I apologise or was the west Twitter hacked?

Burnie_man
Good stuff, hopefully the East follow suit next season, although 9th July start for us is a lot better than 16th.
