WELCOME TO EDUSPORT ACADEMY

The Edusport Academy is a residential football academy based in Scotland designed to offer the very best environment to develop talented footballers both on and off the pitch.

Created in 2011, the Edusport Academy now has academies in Glasgow and Edinburgh with teams competing in both the South of Scotland and the Lowland U20 Leagues respectively.

The 1-year academic program offers talented footballers the unique opportunity to combine high-level football coaching with intense English language tuition whilst benefiting from the experience of living abroad.

Training daily in the best football facilities in Scotland, our players benefit from the coaching experience of top UEFA qualified coaching staff, allowing them to improve technically, tactically and physically, guaranteeing remarkable progress during their time at the Academy.

Regular matches organized against professional clubs in Scotland allow our players to be tested and showcase their talents at the highest level.

As well as continuing their football education, players attend 10 hours per week of intense English language tuition, ensuring that each player is guaranteed something positive for their future.

Our players will also gain a coaching qualification delivered by the Scottish FA and will have opportunities in the USA and Canada upon completion of their year in Scotland.

The Edusport Academy is all about development - Developing the player, developing the person, developing opportunities, developing your future!

Young talent spotter - I fully agree.

Raffi the centre half is OK but a bit timid for the Scottish game- the other 2 are crap.Surely better young Scots about.

Just typifies football - rotten and over rated from the top down full o self interest.

Ridiculous prices ,especially league 2.

Mind yer Commities or is it Boards haven't a clue - they don't pay.

The Government should take control - the SFA are incapable.Just happy t enjoy their freebies - shame as it just filters down t our committees. No wonder Scotland are shite.

Tell them to look at Iceland - make football more inclusive once again.

Good, solid win against an admittedly poor Annan side. In recent years, whenever I've watched us against Annan, they've always had 4 or 5 players you'd like to see in BR colours, but on Saturday they offered very little. No pace, no fight, no skills of note, and they never looked like they thought they could get anything from the game.

We were comfortable throughout, even after the sending off which offered Annan an opportunity to get back into the match. As stated above, Kevin Walker is developing into an excellent keeper. Lee Hamilton had his best game in the black and gold with an energetic performance on the right, while Brian Martin was typically excellent. I still think we're a wee bit lacking in attacking threat down the left, but Sean Mackie's return should address that problem.

Agree the crowd was disappointing. There were probably more at Berwick station heading off to the Toon for the latest instalment of Rafa's faltering revolution. Saturday's win was, I think, our 7th consecutive home league victory, and 7th consecutive clean sheet in those games. That's probably the best record in UK senior leagues, yet people can't be arsed to come along to Shielfield on a decent if blustery day to watch their local team. You can understand Coff being unhappy about it.

On to Saturday v Forfar, who've scored 7 and conceded 5 in their two league games to date. Which virtually guarantees a stale 0-0............
