Gordon EF Posted August 11, 2016 Share Posted August 11, 2016 Anyone watched this? I'd never heard of it but gave it a go (first 4 seasons are on Netflix) and got absolutely hooked. I devoured the first 4 then signed up for Amazon Prime to watch the 5th. Doesn't seem to be popular over here but it's made by Steven Spielberg and the guy he worked with on Saving Private Ryan. It's set after an alien invasion of Earth that kills 90% of the population and centres on a group of people who form a resistance movement against the occupation. It can be a little cheesy at times but it's difficult to put down. One of these ones where you'll finish an episode at half one in the morning and think 'f**k it, I've got time for one more;. honestly united Posted August 11, 2016 Share Posted August 11, 2016 Managed to watch the first season, and although I wanted to like it, as the premise is pretty good, I just couldn't watch anymore. The acting is way over the top, and really cheesy, and it just seemed to drag.
