It should be time up for most of Jim's squad and unless results improve drastically it will probably be time up for him.

I think he had the chance to make changes in the summer and he chose to stick with his squad when many of the fans thought they were not up to scratch at the end of last season, unfortunately it looks like we were right. So it is hard to see past the manager for our current position, although the other coaching stuff don't seem to add much to the party either. People might not be sure about JG but I sat near him in the last game at Balmoor when he was in the stand and he at least seemed to be able to read the game and react to it, we on the other hand appear to play the same game every week.
