Biscuits
My SKY seems to be knackered. Can't get any channels at all. Just comes up with a message like "there is a fault - please try later" Any suggestions on how to fix it?
ClydeSI
You usually find that when you phone sky they say the following - Switch the sky box off at the mains, wait for ten seconds, then switch it back on again. You may have already done this and if so, I apologise in advance. If you haven't, it always works for me.
Biscuits
Haven't tried that, only put the system into standby. I'll try when I get home although it sounds very technical Cheers.
thejailender
If you have any kids, make sure they havn't turned the sky card around and put it in the wrong way... Took me a 20 minute phone call to work that out a few months ago !!
Guest Wheezy
Switch the sky box off at the mains, wait for ten seconds, then switch it back on again. That tends to do the trick with the above fault for me.
Swarley
That tends to do the trick with the above fault for me. 678168[/snapback] Snap and if you phone the Help Desk that's the first thing they'll tell you to do (after being on hold for 30 minutes! )
