That rule doesn't exist any more, hasn't for a year or so I believe.
Bully Wee Villa
I thought they had signed an extension to the deal? Hope not, it's a shit rule.
NorthernLights
I hadn't realised that the "UEFA blackout" isn't in effect now. https://stv.tv/sport/football/1384509-spfl-tv-blackout-on-champions-league-nights-ended-by-epfl/ Sky ignored it so many times over the last few years it seemed pretty pointless anyway. Bully Wee Villa
Glad they've got rid of it. Hopefully this means we won't have the ludicrous situation of being able to watch Scottish Cup matches but not replays.
Jmothecat2
The Hibs vs Hearts one felt particularly ridiculous. Big game and not televised.
Jmothecat2
Interesting that with the exception of the mid-week games picked by Sky, teams can stream their own mid-week games on their websites. It feels like this is the future.
7-2
That blackout was just wrong from the start. Thankfully it's now going to be easier to avoid much of the worlds most stage managed tournament when freedom of choice finally returns.

Jmothecat2
They can already stream all their games that aren't on Sky... but only for overseas supporters. Yeah same with Scotland. That this deal allows them to do it for all games is a great idea. I do wonder how long it will be before this becomes pretty widespread.
Bully Wee Villa
Will it be free if you've got Sky, or will you have to pay for each match?
Jmothecat2
Will it be free if you've got Sky, or will you have to pay for each match? I might be wrong on this but as far as I can tell Sky can show as many as they like, and abut they don't the club website can stream (presumably for a subscription). UEFA ripped the arse out of it with the scheduling of the Champions League last 16 over 4 midweeks. With International breaks there were 10 midweeks wiped off the calendar from February to May. 7-2
Beginning to look like a race between Bruce and 'arry as to who's out of there first.

7-2
Rochdale 2 Kitching (90'+2) Davis (90'+4) Doncaster 1 Marquis (74') f**k this. That's almost full time, I'm off...
7-2
Could see 'arry walking though. Don't think his ego could take a proper relegation fight to avoid the third division.
Herman Hessian
Quote Rochdale scored two goals in stoppage time to earn a 2-1 victory against Doncaster. Dale looked destined for defeat as the game entered time added on until Mark Kitching fired a stunning equaliser and within a minute striker Steven Davies made up for an early penalty miss with a dramatic winner. christ on a bike - what with this on top of the fucking farce in Verona on Sunday, I may well not like football any more with immediate effect !
