To be fair, the Greenock Telegraph isn’t trying to ingratiate itself to the local population by pandering to the eejits in its midst, nor is it really trying to whip up some pack mentality hysteria. Not on your life.

Nor is it trying to manufacture the local news, it’s just reporting it.

Some hard-hitting analysis from our Grangemouth correspondent, there...

Any word on the likely outcome on Saturday, Dunc? Or is it just too early to say?

McKinnon should get a copy of that local paper sneaked onto the bench and if Falkirk are ahead by a comfortable amount of goals with 5 mins to go should sit back and read it.

That would be the best moment in Scottish football ever.

Or walk along the touchline to shake hands with JJ after we hand out our #standard 5-1 Cappielow thrashing with it hanging out his back pocket.

There’s you getting insight and analysis all mixed up again. Saturday outcome? Comfy four goal win for Morton. Now relax and enjoy the show.

Nah... Houston should openly take a copy of the paper onto the bench and, if we're comfortably ahead with 5 mins to go (disnae happen), roll it up into a tight rod and ram it up McKinnon's traitorous arse in full view of the Falkirk directors' wives and business associates...

THAT, my friends, would be the best moment in Scottish football, ever...

Have to be some length of a newspaper for that to happen. Houston is out the country on holiday for this one.
