jb7
Best Beith manager in my lifetime. Always be grateful for that famous day in 2016. 7 years (second stint anyway) is a long time. Possibly right time to freshen things up.

valleyboy
II watched them on Saturday and think they missed Wilson in midfield. On top of that they were either missing players or the squad is very thin. Lot of good players , but maybe need to add to the squad as a couple looked out of their depth. classof2010
Not being a pedant but Beiths season will be over by April...I very much doubt we won’t have any games called off for weather between now and end of season so let’s not be pedantic and call it May. Johnny says he needs a break now not April not May but unfortunately for beith it’s now

ex-german exile
Top manager. Did a great job, and of course, will always be celebrated as the first Beith manager to win the Scottish Junior Cup. That record will always be his. I think his decision needs to be respected, IMO he has more than earned the right to step down when he chooses, but they will be big shoes to fill.
.Stuart.
Whoever gets the job has big shoes to fill. Will be interesting to see where Beith go from here.

Juniorfootball123
Excellent manager and one of the good guys. 10 hours ago, andy25 said: That old chestnut... Surely he could have waited till the end of the season ? And by moving out now puts Beith in a much stronger position for next season. A new manager coming in would initially have to try their best to keep the players from the existing squad they want AND try and bring in players in an extremely short window. This gives them a chance to build for next season.
jimbaxters
Undoubtedly did a good job. Serious question; was he getting jip off the fans?

btw lads
beiths league position is not what it looks, they have games in hand and only 8 points separate 8 teams all the way to 4th place. new manager, couple of quick wins! TFW
Be big shoes to fill as others have noted. Always hard games against Beith, tough but good.
