  1. Coincidentally I just finished my bottle of Bulleit Rye tonight along with a Wild Turkey 101 and a Tomatin 14 Port Cask. There was only a dram left in each and as I'm moving soon I can't take my collection with me. A rye whisky is a pleasurable experience although have always meant to try Templeton since it seeing it mentioned in Harry Bosch books but never got round to it. I'll look forward to a review please.
  2. Aye that's true actually and it happens at all levels. Wonder why that is.
  3. Do you read more than one book at the same time or did this one take you 10 hours to read?
  4. The Junior Cup has had too much respect this year in particular the two legged semi but it's not the only factor. There will always be an imparity in league games played at the latter stages of any season. Chelsea are seeing that in the EPL. The argument should not be about cup competitions it should be about scheduling league matches midweek at times when the weather is good. Especially that the league is in the west of Scotland, an area hardly known for it's balmy climate. The season extension is a necessary evil but the other clubs shouldn't allow Darvel to have matches after everyone is finished. The last day fixtures must be changed en masse. Kennie will do that, you'll see.
  5. Haha. Everything you have said is obvious as was the dig at Clydebank. Good that you saw it for what it was though and haven't taken it too seriously
  6. I'm not one for criticising Kennie but this is a no brainer given that Darvel are still in contention.
  7. That's a great point actually. Surely that will happen.
  8. The league always sorts itself out when all matches are played. You lads know that with your perennial 4th place money.
  9. Every big team loses points to the minnows sometimes. That's football.
  10. Disagree. Although the two legged semi has had an impact and needs binned, it's the lack of midweek games earlier in the season that causes this. Having said that, Darvel's poor playing surface caused call offs and I also think the clubs prefer not to have midweek games as Saturday revenue is always more attractive. Reckon @Kennie needs to be stronger next season by pointing to this carry on and just get the games in. However having said all that one still feels making glib remarks about Clydebank should always be the go to posting method.
  11. That's what happens when a club has success. It's difficult for you to understand, understandably.
