Ric
Hodson is a solid signing. Not outstanding, but puts in a shift, is reliable and knows this league well.
Estragon
I really liked Hodson during his time at Kilmarnock, but have been left unsure as to whether he was actually any good, or simply appeared better than he was in the flattering context of a team packed with absolute howlers. Scotty Tunbridge
Just put a moron on WAH on ignore for saying he would take ‘yogi, Hartley or ferguson’ to be our next manager and then said we should appoint ‘big marko’ as manager Mark McLaughlin who had no interest in staying in football because he’s a qualified accountant. Some Hamilton fans are very silly individuals.

Some Hamilton fans are very silly individuals. It's just the usual negatively every single season on WAH. Honestly wonder why some people support Accies. It seems they get absolutely no joy out of it.
accies1874
Doesn't seem like we'll be getting any money from Docherty's £400k move to Hull. That transfer really didn't worked for anyone from a footballing perspective other than maybe Shrewsbury.

accies1874
Definitely. I think he's our best academy graduate since the "three diamonds", although it obviously remains to be seen how the current crop progress.

YER SISTERS YER MAW
How much did we get for Docherty up front or was it a "disclosed fee?"
accies1874
How much did we get for Docherty up front or was it a "disclosed fee?"I think MacDonald said at a forum that it was £400k up front with £200k to come (I'd imagine that's been paid now) and a 20% sell-on. Struthers has said on Twitter that while every deal's different, sell-ons are usually on a profit. It's hard to trust the board members at these forums though.
