Reminded me of some of the fixtures from the 1974 World Cup with players almost swimming through parts of the pitch. Exciting finish too. Disappointed with the Roar yesterday. Tomer Hemed (who played for a couple of clubs in England) made it 4-4 with virtually the last kick of the ball before it getting ruled out through VAR for his shoulder being marginally offside. There was a real sense of "how the f**k did that not go in" with the last 25 minutes of Melbourne City just bombarding the Western United goal. The first penalty save in the second game was a cracker. Keeper fucked it for the CCM winner. Absolutely belting game that.
