the_vortex
Holmes been speaking with magic. If he signs then it's a backward step for the club IMO Edited June 20, 2012 by the_vortex
QosLoyal
Source ? :) :) Holmes is a donkey , and an extremely hopeless donkey at that Just seen it from colin paterson on twitter. Knows the goings on at airdrie and albion rovers. Pretty reliable information.
the_vortex
Aye , he's a smashing fella is Colin . I sincerely hope Holmes doesn't sign for Queens again . We need some mobility up front not a statue

the_vortex
On a slightly different note I'm really surprised Queens aren't using Knox Sports again to sell replica tops etc . This new club shop will pick up virtually no passing trade whilst Knox's is very central and is in an ideal location

MUSKYQOS
Agreed. Maybe I am in a minority here but I would love us to get Holmer back at Palmerston.
greigQOS
I used to like holmer when he was last with us but dont think he would do as good a job this time around, but if he does come hope he proves his doubters wrong again,
Dougie Mills
He may well do alright for us should he sign, but i doubt his signing would do much to attract the 'floating fan'

Distant Doonhamer
He may well do alright for us should he sign, but i doubt his signing would do much to attract the 'floating fan' With or without Holmer the "floating fan" will be attracted by success on the pitch. It is of course a matter for debate if the likelihood of success is increased or decreased should he sign. If we are doing well or badly next season then the results will dictate fan numbers rather than the presence or otherwise of ex-players. Agree entirely with what you say above, but don't think Holmer would be a good signing.
