PSJ.84
Dundee United - oh dear. Nice possession that makes it look like they’re dominating the game - but in reality there’s no chance of creating anything. Strong St. Johnstone 21/22 vibes about it. Saints were totally comfortable, Callum might actually have played that perfectly - albeit the game plan doesn’t actually change. PauloPerth
A big factor in the success of Davidson ball is getting a lead in a game. The big test is where we go behind and have to chase. There have been exceptions, but think that’s been a fairly constant theme during his reign. The first half of his first season and most of last season it felt like we fell behind in games more often than not, and our form was poor, whereas in the brilliant spell from January 2021 to the summer we mostly went ahead and defended really well.

Always feels to me that we take more to Dens.

andrewh
United happy not to have FCU in the lower section. Always felt their stewards were clueless and on edge. What to do with a boisterous and vocal away support.
Derek Patterson
Are toby inspectors a new thing at Tannadice? Nipped for a Saul Hudson shortly before half time and there was a steward just stood idly in the middle of the gents. Clearly wasn't using the facilities, rather just standing sentry between the sinks and the troughs.

Heard a while back that he was eventually booted after countless complaints from different sets of away fans.
