Scots in our top flight falling - kids not getting a chance?

Bump.

SPFL have rightly bigged-up the "highest attendance per capita" (apart from Faroe Islands) fact from UEFA's annual stat attack.

More sobering is that Scottish players accounted for just 39% of Scottish Premiership minutes played last season, a figure which - apart from a few microstates and small islands - was beaten only by England and Greece.

Scotland has the third most diverse top division out of major European leagues.
