Hibs v Celtic

Recommended Posts

It is the right decision, but it is exactly the sort of thing where a penalty almost feels like too significant a punishment given the chances of scoring it are so high. It has become more of an issue with VAR.

I've never understood people arguing that that scenario isn't a foul tbh. If you slide right through someone and get nowhere near the ball after they play a pass anywhere else in the park no one would dream of arguing it's not a foul, why is it any different with a shot in the box?

the centre backs are hilariously bad, the quicker teams realise they should get on these  guys the better cause they are shite!

They went at Scales from the opening minute. All he plays is a square pass.  Suddenly, Celtic have no momentum. All starts there.

Walsh is one of the better referees, but I'm not sure I have seen him take a Premiership game with VAR where he hasn't been sent to the monitor at least once. I mean, I obviously have, but it just feels like it happens every game.

An absolute stick on penalty. You can absolutely try to block a shot but catching Kyogo on the way through made it a pretty clear foul.

Shame because Hibs have had this Celtic team on the ropes.
