Swampy Posted January 26, 2004 Share Posted January 26, 2004 I have a lot of spam as it is, being as I am a poor Hotmail user. So, the idea of turning off the PM notification service is an attractive one. However, I then fear that I'll miss the 1 New Message link up at the top, as I usually skim past it to the 1st/2nd/3rd division fora. On another board that I visit, the New Messages text is coloured red (with the rest of the menu text left default, and Old Messages/0 New Messages text also default) to ensure that you don't miss out on new messages. Is there any way this board software allows such a thing to be implemented? I dunno if it's possible - the other board uses custom-made board coding and as such was easily altered. If it's not possible here, nae bother, I'll live with it, but it would help make a great site even better Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
