repeat_offender Posted September 10, 2014 Share Posted September 10, 2014 (edited) How Harvey got a job at the Football League after his tenure at Elland Road is beyond me, he was part of the regime that ripped off HMRC & creditors during Ken's crooked admin. Found guilty of commiting criminal libel & harassment using club media as a vehicle to attack Ex Directors and fans. He'd fail his own owners and directors test but for a convenient clause in the football league insolvency incident rule which crticially for Harvey disregards incidents pre June 2004. Harvey refuses to answer public questions relating to his time at Elland Road which in itself should raise a few questions given he's now the top man at the football league.
