Glasgow Loon Posted October 18, 2014 Share Posted October 18, 2014 A tale of two halves if ever there was one.We did well 1st half by keeping the ball but without ever looking to test the rotherham keeper, until Doukara played in Antenucci.We seem to deal all there crosses into the box well enough all though both Bellusci and Pearce never really won many headers.The midfield seemed disjointed to me with Cook lost at the tip of the diamond, Bianchi wasnt his usual self, Austin was just his usual head down and charge and couldnt even pass to a man less than 6ft away from Mowatt was the only one who seemed to get to grips with the game.As usual the strikers only had scraps to feed on which just isnt good enough and neither of them are good enough to hold onto the ball and wait for support to arrive, this is where Matt Smith would have come into his own, maybe Morison could do the same job if given a chance.2nd half they came flying out the blocks and we didnt which to me is bad management but Darko is still learning,so hopefully he learnt a big lesson last night.Just when i thought we had weathered the storm they scored and we were on the back foot for another 10-15 mins and they scored again after more poor play in midfield and defence, Bellusci should have come and made a challenge on their player or at least tried to block the shot.Adryan showed he will be an asset to this team, lets hope he starts on Tuesday at Norwich. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Instead of going for it they say back and tried to defend a 1-0 lead and paid the price. Lots of boos around Elland Road at the end.
