sergie's no1 fan
fucking shite man, had to give my Forrest mate £20 as they finished ahead of us then yesterday to rub salt into the wounds they go straight up. I was hoping to beat them in the play-offs but hey ho. We'll just have to relegate them back down next season
Bradford-Rover
Forest? Playoffs? Sorry, you've lost me there. At the time I couldn't see them making it and was shocked on the way back up from Manchester to hear that they had been promoted Forrest v Derby next season will be interesting
Guest Rinky Sidebottom
Thought I'd change things slightly, can the real people on this topic (the Leeds fans) name some of the missing names on this team photo from the past, I've tried not to cheat and used the internet to find the names, see how the rest of you can do: Back Row: Hawley, Madeley, Hart, Stewart, ?, Harvey, ?, Currie, Stevenson? Front Row: F. Gray, E. Gray, Lorimer, Flynn, Cherry, Harris, Graham, Hampton? & Back Row: ?, Hart, Lukic, ?, Harvey, ?, Stevenson? Middle Row: Hird, Curtis, ?, Hawley, E. Gray Front Row: Flynn, Madeley, Hampton?, Cherry, Graham, Harris, ? Edited May 5, 2008 by Rinky Sidebottom

Glasgow Loon
The most sensible piece of journalism written in a long time about LEEDS UNITED. Would love to see more of that but somehow cant see that happening.

Guest Rinky Sidebottom
Monday nights game heading for a sell-out. , Leeds fans have managed to shut down the ticketing service selling the home tickets, this is the first time a football club they manage (including Rangers and Arsenal) have managed to shut their website down due to the level of use. Stewie Griffin
This is also a good article, though it may make for uncomfortable reading, by the best investigative football journalist around. http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2008/may/07/leedsappeal
Guest Rinky Sidebottom
The first game against Preston in the play offs two season ago, I managed to watch the whole game, and went mental when Eddie Lewis (what ever happened to him?) scored. The 2nd leg, I was physically sick with anxiety and my wife sent me out to walk around Balmaha and Rowardennan, I returned to the emotional moment of the final whistle and we had 9 players on the field, what a night.... TranentBRFC
Given the short timescale between the 2 match v Carlisle and the play-off final, Leeds season ticket holders and club members can pre-book tickets for the Wembely final: http://www.leedsunited.com/page/NewsroomDe...1308913,00.html I've never been to Wembley, and am praying that we get through. Has anyone on here been since its been redeveloped and could recommend which seats to go for? I'd prefer not to be stuck behind the goals: http://www.thegreatestfansintheworld.com/playoffs/ http://www.wembleystadium.com/seatsandboxe...ews/default.htm Edited May 10, 2008 by TranentBRFC
