Accies1 Posted June 29, 2009 Share Posted June 29, 2009 (edited) As I've just said to Kev on msn, the un-popularness of this is probably due to the price of it. £5.20 for a game of 5s is a lot, plus most people would need to travel, so you're talking about £10 for a game of football. Can confirm this; 5.20 for the footie itself and about a fiver for a return to helensburgh is a fair whack, but I could do with some footie after both the games I'd usually be playing were cancelled on Sunday. I know I can play a good deal better than that, which is annoying, but hey; I ran around a lot (good for fitness) and enjoyed it (whole reason I turned up), so I guess thats what counts.
