F_T_Y
This is why I hate not having Sky. I love watching the darts.I hear Scholten is out? Is this correct? He has always been one of my favourites to watch. Yes he is.Battle of the wizards tonight and the showman that is dennis ovens on last
The Naitch
Yes he is.Battle of the wizards tonight and the showman that is dennis ovens on last You can't beat a bit of late night action at the darts - and Ovens is the perfect guy to lead you into the wee hours. The likes of Dave Askew and Dennis Smith were usually put on late when they qualified regularly and they were quality entertainment at that time... The Naitch
Order of play for tonight... Andy Smith vs Darin Young Tomas Seyler vs Jan van der Rassel (Prelim) Steve Beaton vs Carlos Rodriguez Colin Osborne vs Simon Whitlock Denis Ovens vs Seyler/van der Rassel Good night of darts ahead, I reckon.

Osbourne against Whitlock should be good. Osbourne was the player to watch until his disappointing showing in the Grand Slam of Darts, but this betting blog on the PDC World Darts Championship reckons that even without the same extent of high level experience, Whitlock will give him a good challenge. Hopefully will be close!

The Naitch
FFS Smith. He's the first one on my coupon.....not a good start. Yeah, took a while for him to get going.
F_T_Y
Yeah, took a while for him to get going. Smith has picked it up a gear now 2-1 can see him winning this.
The Naitch
Darin Young looked like running away with this but the Pieman has pulled back a set to keep himself going.
The Naitch
Young starting to miss the big singles, which is never a good thing. Five legs on the bounce for Andy Smith now.
The Naitch
Smith hitting a 180 just when it really matters ... potentially six darts from victory.
The Naitch
Wow, Young took out that 86 in style. 3-3 in the final set, if it goes to 5-5 then we have a sudden death leg.
pencils
This is epic.
Neilly
Just tuned in and shocking order from the crowd. Young is a big gent and doesn't deserve that treatment although somehow took the D7 out first time after two horrid darts.
The Naitch
Stunning ... Young throwing for the match and the Pieman strikes back with back-to-back 180s to help pull it back to 4-4. I think we're heading towards that sudden death leg.

The Naitch
Darin Young does it, which comes in handy for a prediction compo I'm in. Not the greatest quality on show to begin with, but it really came to life as the match went on. Good stuff to start the night off with.
DomDom
Pathetic match, which was almost saved by that last set, but no, that was unforgivable.

Not quite that bad, but Jenkins certainly won't be worrying himself over the Christmas break.
