Desert Nomad
Thornton is murder on the doubles here. He`s horrible to watch, constantly shaking his head & so on, at least try to look like you`re enjoying it!
The Naitch
Thornton's doubles have definitely cost him here... Webby now throwing for the match.
The Naitch
Just as we're slagging off his finishing, he cracks out a 170. Brilliant.

northernscum
Why in the name of christ did Thornton leave himself 32 when he is having a nightmare at that side of the board?
The Naitch
10-7 win for Webster.. very nearly let Thornton back into that.

Am footy
Obviously it works for him but struggle to watch chizzy his slow and deliberate pauses when trying to figure which way to go and when on doubles is frustrating to watch!
The Naitch
Chizzy is putting the pressure on Newton's throw but it's not working... excellent 118 from Wes.
northernscum
Decent game that, Newton will need to up his game a bit if he wants to win the title though.

Adam
Wade breaks Nicholson's throw there, good match so far. They have both started off quite poorly, but I reckon this one has the potential to go all the way.
Desert Nomad
A bit of consternation with the crowd from Wade there. Don`t see the problem they put up with far more in the Premier League each week. In fact I would say it`s more like a BDO crowd, very dissapointing. Blackpool will be full on madness next month.

How is it disappointing? Blackpool is the last of the big venues that haven't been overrun by the Premier League specials... there's almost always a respectful crowd at the Winter Gardens. northernscum
So much for it being game of the day, this is pretty poor by these guys standards.

Really fancied Nicholson to win this, but I think Wade has all but won it now.
