Lambies_Apprentice
I'm genuinely gutted at the outcome of that match. Burnett is a good guy who deserves a break. Blundell is a bawbag. The Naitch
6-1 win for Joe Cullen ... remember him from a couple of years ago and it'll be good to see him up against better opposition.
The Naitch
Well, that's a different way of taking out 119! They all count, though ... fair play to him.
The Naitch
Mawson is 4-3 down over on Board 7 against Dylan Duo... will be a shame to see him crash out early,
ffcsam
Is it on Sky only or is there a link available anywhere?
The Naitch
Mawson couldn't muster a comeback and lost 6-4.
The Naitch
Chris Mason has pulled out of the competition ... that's a pity. Peter Fisher earns a bye into Round 3 as a result.
The Naitch
The Sky team are waxing lyrical about this lad O'Connor.. .one to watch.
The Naitch
An excellent 10-dart finish secures a 6-4 win for Kirk Shepherd over Adrian Gray.
The Naitch
Very patchy from Mardle so far which is pretty much par for the course for him these days. He's still 4-1 up on McGowan, though.
F_T_Y
Main stage tonight. King v Cullen Van Gerwen v Anderson Mardle v taylor Reece Robinson v Simon whitlock. Some better games they could of shown on the main stage, like Shepherd v Nicholson,Beaton v caven,Part walsh.Instead of taylor trouncing mardle. Bit worried about the anderson game. You know van gerwen is going to come out all guns firing and maybe race into a two nil lead.
DomDom
If Anderson has to worry about Van Gerwen then he won't even make the quarters nevermind win it. Tonight should be a fairly straight forward win for him. Robinson has been strolling the early rounds, so I can't wait to see how good he actually is. I hope Whitlock massacres him. I knew that match and the Taylor match would main stage, and MVG/Anderson is a cracker on paper. Won't be in practice. Why in the name of shite is King/Cullen on though ? Cullen wasn't that great. He'll easily lose. I'd agree that the games you mentioned would have been a better bet.

Tonight should be a fairly straight forward win for him. He might bottle it on the big stage again Been looking around for a price for van gerwen. It seems most bookies only doing outright betting for this tournament.
DomDom
I just noticed Jenkins/Newton didn't make stage one. What the f**k ?!?!

Lambies_Apprentice
I just went daft and put a fiver on an 18 match accumulator, backing big favourites.

The Naitch
Pretty bad like. Chris mason pulled out of the tournament last night.Turns out he has been arrested over not paying a council tax bill Oh dear. There were plenty of rumours going about as to why he really had to pull out... so I'm not surprised to hear that's the reason. Tie of the round: Denis Ovens v Arron Monk Mon the Heat! Part of me wanted to see Monk vs Monk in the next round .. but not at the expense of Deadpan Den ... c'mon Ovens!
The Naitch
Wow. Stunning 160 checkout from Cullen puts him 2-0 up on Mervyn King.
The Naitch
Merv sneaked back into things and made it 2-2 but Cullen has done it again ... brilliant 130 outshot to go 3-2 up at the break.
