StewartyMac
That's what I hate most about Taylor, he's got fúck all respect for other players, no matter what he says. Anderson's being interviewed, and he starts dancing around with the trophy right in front of him. Fud.

Davis Love III
An incredible display of darts from Phil Taylor. (if he only he was a remotely likeable personality!) This Grand Slam has been one of the finest tournaments I can recall. Darts is in a fine position now, and if you weren't already looking forward to the World Championship, this must get you up for it! The Naitch
Big weekend coming up on the circuit. We have the last two Players' Championship events which will determine who will play at the Doncaster Dome and, of course, a clutch of places at the Ally Pally in mid-December. The biggest name in danger of not making it to Doncaster is the reigning World Champ Adrian Lewis. He's ranked 36 at the moment and is over £3000 behind Wayne Jones in 32nd. Jackpot will need a very successful weekend just to make it. The likes of Steve Hine, Tony Eccles and Dennis Priestley will need to pick up a lot of dosh over the two events to help their hopes of World Championship qualification. There's only two spaces available via the PDPA qualifer so the above would be wise to use this weekend to seal their place. Oh aye, and the draw for the 1st round of the World Championships is live on Sky Sports News on Tuesday morning!

I'll go for my usual fivver on Nicholson and £5 on Wade. Leaves me with £5 to back outsiders.....£1.25 e/w on Chisnall and £2.50 on Part. Sadly, you need a players friends and family pass to get in. I know one guy who has one, said he would phone me today if he got another while he's in, not expecting anything though. Would be great to watch all these players ply their trade in a sports centre!

The Naitch
Wigan Players' Championship Fourth Round Justin Pipe 6-4 Denis Ovens Dave Chisnall 6-2 Prakash Jiwa Peter Wright 6-5 Ian White Adrian Lewis 6-3 Scott Rand Steve Beaton 6-1 Peter Hudson Phil Taylor 6-1 Wayne Jones Terry Jenkins 6-0 Mark Walsh Wes Newton 6-2 Mark Webster Quarter-Finals Justin Pipe 6-3 Dave Chisnall Adrian Lewis 6-5 Peter Wright Phil Taylor 6-2 Steve Beaton Wes Newton 6-5 Terry Jenkins Semi-Finals Justin Pipe 6-1 Adrian Lewis Phil Taylor 6-1 Wes Newton Final Phil Taylor 6-4 Justin Pipe Taylor completes the weekend double. Away from that... Ian White's 4th round appearance, coupled with how he did yesterday, means that (by my reckoning anyway) he's snatched a place in the World Championships at the last moment. Also, I did mention above that Lewis needed a good weekend. He didn't do enough so he hasn't qualified for the Players' Championship Finals in Doncaster. Gives him a wee bit of time off to prepare for Ally Pally, I suppose. Edited November 27, 2011 by The Naitch

The Naitch
Arron Monk and Joe Cullen won the last two places at the Worlds in today's PDPA Qualifier. Dennis Priestley and Peter Manley both got within two matches of making it.
DomDom
I'm glad Priestley seems to be out of things completely. All that ever happens is we wind up seeing a saddening performance from him at some point. I'd rather never watch him again.

DomDom
Beaton vs. Caris might be quite interesting as well I reckon. Caris showed some good stuff at the GSoD. Lloyd vs. Young, possible Cullen vs. Jenkins as well!
