The Naitch
Good to hear Crofty having a wee cameo during this match. Now he puts the likes of Pearson and Harrington to shame.
The Naitch
Good break of throw from Priestley, hopefully he can hold to win the set.
tigerton
David Croft is excellent. Knows exactly what he is talking about. Might be in trouble with the beaks at Lakeside though knowing them!
The Naitch
David Croft is excellent. Knows exactly what he is talking about. Might be in trouble with the beaks at Lakeside though knowing them! He left his gig at the Lakeside when he signed up to do F1 for Sky. It's Jim Proudfoot that's doing the Lakeside now (alongside Tony Green and Vassos Alexander).
Davis Love III
Good to hear Crofty having a wee cameo during this match. Now he puts the likes of Pearson and Harrington to shame. David Croft is excellent. Yep, he is a brilliant darts commentator. Shame that he's tied down to the Formula One. Baxter just having that little bit extra on Dennis. Why couldn't Priestley have drawn Andy Smith...
The Naitch
That's a crucial break for Baxter, could be beyond Priestley now. EDIT: Maybe not, that was a good 92 from Den. Edited December 19, 2012 by The Naitch
tigerton
Ach, formula 1 is shite. Get him on a real sport!
The Naitch
I thought he was going to get that 158, that would have been sweet!
The Naitch
Bloody hell, that was tense. Den pulls a set back.

Neilly
For once I concur with the crowd there is only one Dennis Priestley. What an effort this is at 62 years old brilliant!
meanmistermustard
Delighted Priestley won the third set and didnt get whitewashed.
The Naitch
Handy wee break of throw here, if Den holds we're on course for a 5th set. Crofty is right - this is f**k all to do with averages, it's the drama that's keeping this match going.

Davis Love III
It just wasn't to be. That was a pleasure to watch, though. Yep, a hugely enjoyable match. If that's to be the end of Dennis in a World Championship, he's left with the quality that he has consistently displayed for over two decades. It's been a pleasure to watch him all of this time, and he'll be very sadly missed from the game if this is his last appearance. (But you just never know!)

Davis Love III
Right, here comes the champ in waiting. C'mon Jaws, do it for Rodney! Lets hope he doesn't remove his shirt this time. I'm still receiving clinical psychiatric therapy to recover from that last year.
