The Naitch
It's the last day of UK Open qualifiers today and there's a few notables who need to pick up some dosh this afternoon just to make it to Bolton. Mark Hylton (mind him?), Dean Winstanley, Alan Tabern, Mark Dudbridge and James Hubbard amongst others are all outside the qualifying places.

The Naitch
Taylor lost in the last 64 today so he'll be lucky to scrape into the top 32 seeds at Bolton. If he doesn't it'll be the first time that he has to start from the 1st round of the tournament.
The Naitch
MvG beat Merv King 6-0 in the final today.

The PDC have put up the final rankings and Taylor will start in the 2nd round but the likes of James Wade will be starting from the 1st round.
Marshmallo
Big night of matches next week, it looks like Wade has completely blown it. Thorton's got two very tough matches so I'm going to say Whitlock nicks in ahead of him. -
Neilly
I fancy Whitlock from here as well. Had a belter in the prediction league yesterday 3 bang on results and 2 correct players winning for the other. Done a Super Yankee on the 7-4's got £200 back for £13 stake or something. If Hammer and Taylor had won 7-4 I would have been in dreamland! Edited May 3, 2013 by Neilly
Neilly
On another related note betting wise I see the UK Open field has been confirmed and there are no Speedy Employee qualifiers this year so taking the bookies for a guarenteed rogering won't be happening.

Fucksake, I'd already paid the deposit on my villa in Spain. -
The Naitch
Dave Pallett hit a 104 average to beat Phil Taylor in the 1st round of the Players' Championship today. Mental.
Neilly
Awesome stuff. This guy is certainly one to watch had a few good scalps since coming over to the PDC. Hankey never qualified again last night in the Euro Qualifiers. He's pretty fucked he's going to lose his tour card at the end of the year. Back to the BDO if they will have him he's making zero progress at all. Prove me wrong Ted!
The Naitch
It'll be a Belgium vs Scotland final today with Thornton vs Ando in one semi and the Huybrechts brothers in the other semi.
The Naitch
Ronny hit a 108 average against Kim to smash his brother 6-1, that sets up a final against Thornton.

Marshmallo
Ted Hankey is a mess. I wish he'd just f**k off back to the pub darts where his 85 averages and hokey shtick fit in. -

That doesn't surprise me about Hankey - he was forever spoiling for a fight over in the BDO.
The Naitch
It'll be Stuart Kellett vs van Gerwen or Dennis 'Smiffy' Smith in today's final. Kellett beat Taylor, Baxter and Hamilton along the way. EDIT: van Gerwen won the final 6-1. Edited May 5, 2013 by The Naitch
The Naitch
That win for van Gerwen is his 14th pro tour win. Only Taylor, Barney and Lloyd have won more.
Neilly
Decent run for Hankey today actually taking out Nicho and Wade on the way to last 16. First time I can remember him beating anyone of note since he moved.
